Delete your account

You can request deletion here without installing the app. Verify the phone number used for your Crave Cuts account, then confirm your request.

What happens to your data

Your customer profile, sign-in access, saved addresses, cart, favourites, browsing history, reviews and uploaded profile files are removed. Firebase sign-in and file cleanup are retried until complete.

Invoices, order delivery addresses, amounts paid, refunds and necessary customer details are retained for tax, accounting and dispute handling. Our policy is 2 years in hot storage followed by 6 years in restricted cold storage, measured from each record’s date. Statutory retention and legal holds can extend this period.

Deletion does not cancel an order or forfeit a balance or refund. We retain information needed to fulfil those obligations. Retained records are not used to recreate your account or for marketing.

Encrypted recovery snapshots are kept for 90 days; obsolete storage copies are removed by scheduled cleanup. Any restore must reapply deletion requests before the service reopens.
